- The Republic of Baja California was a complete different political entity. JC 10:28, 15 July 2008 (PST)
- The Timeline-191 alternative history novel series discussed the Confederates won the civil war and expanded into Sonora, also the state of Chihuahua and other Mexican border states by the end of the 1860s (1870), therefore the conquered land become ruled by Confederate puppet regimes under Anglo-Americans. + 71.102.7.77 (talk) 23:32, 29 January 2010 (UTC)

Context
